About Me:

Since my youth, I have been interested in the mysteries of the psyche, aging and disease. After graduating from college, having worked as a therapist for several years, I realized that such medicine was not for me, since it only temporarily alleviates the symptoms of poor health. I wanted to understand the true reasons for these violations. Studying spiritual traditions, I realized that at the heart of all human adversity, both physical and social, lie spiritual and psychological problems caused by what Buddhism calls ignorance of one’s true nature, or, more simply, an inharmonious state of mind. And this can be helped with psychotherapy. This is how I came to psychosomatic medicine.
